Funding for young people to lead positive community change and pursue development opportunities and goals.
Funding
Up to $2,000 for community-benefit projects and group development opportunities; up to $500 for individual personal-development opportunities. Annual fund is $17,000.

Individual young person, Youth group with fundholder, School or organisation acting as fundholder

- • Young people leading the project must be aged 13 to 24 and live in or attend school in Horowhenua District.
- • A predetermined fundholder, such as a school or organisation, is required.
- • A short video, recent bank document and supporting photos are required.
- • Projects must be completed or operating by the end of 2026.
